All of our surgeries are by appointment only and these can be made during surgery hours and are generally available within 48 hours. Appointment slots are for one person only to ensure adequate time is given to the problem.
Urgent Appointments
If you have a health problem that cannot safely wait for a routine appointment please call the surgery at 8:00am. The receptionist will advise you accordingly.
Telephone Advice
The doctors can give certain medical advice over the telephone so if you feel this would suit your need rather than attending the surgery please contact the surgery.
In all cases we do recognise a patient’s right to see the doctor of their choice however please bear in mind that this may cause a delay in being seen. In this respect we would also draw your attention to the fact that this is a training practice and so you may see a medical student or trainee doctor in addition to your doctor. If you prefer to see your doctor alone please inform reception.
Cancellations
If you cannot attend a booked appointment please inform reception as soon as possible in order for the slot to be given to someone else.
